Beautiful In His Time

There are two key attributes found in a believer who experience a thriving Christian life. 1. Authentic walk with Jesus. 2. Someone who has learned how to handle and walk through suffering. No one enjoys suffering, but suffering is a necessary, normal part of the Christian life. Necessary? Normal? Really? Scripture says we can expect hardships and suffering to increase, so we must be prepared. We also learn from the book of 2 Timothy that we may experience suffering as a result of our testimony, our godly living, or our stand for truth. We may also experience suffering when we are rejected or left alone, or as a natural consequence to our fleshly, worldly desires. But what if suffering comes and we don’t fall into those above categories? Death of a loved one, negative medical diagnosis, unexpected financial loss and the list goes on. Can we actually find joy in those seasons? Will God make ALL things beautiful through suffering? Join us as we dive deep into these questions and discover the POWERFUL truth that we can rejoice in, and through suffering. That God IS with us through our most difficult seasons and has given us all we need to live through these seasons. Join us for LW2024.

With God's leading Jackie will be joining us again for LW2024! Jackie is a Pastor’s Wife, serving with her husband of 16 yrs, at Community Baptist Church in Slidell, LA. She is a mother of  5 precious children, Christian lifestyle+fashion blogger, entrepreneur, singer, and  is one of the founders of “Her Portion”
